Welcome to Together (the "App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services. By creating an account or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Together, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our App.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use this App
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract
- You must not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
- You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
3. Account Registration and Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account
4. User Conduct and Content Policy
4.1 Prohibited Content
You agree NOT to post, share, or transmit any content that:
- Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or contains nudity
- Contains hate speech, discriminatory language, or promotes violence
- Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates others
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
- Violates any intellectual property rights
- Contains spam, scams, or promotional content
- Includes personal information of others without consent
- Promotes illegal activities or substances
- Contains malicious code or viruses
4.2 Prohibited Behavior
You agree NOT to:
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Create multiple accounts or fake profiles
- Solicit money or financial information from other users
- Use the App for commercial purposes without authorization
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the App
- Use automated systems (bots) to access the App
- Collect user data without explicit permission
5. Content Moderation and Enforcement
5.1 Reporting Mechanism
- Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the in-app reporting feature
- Reports are taken seriously and reviewed promptly
- Users can block abusive users directly from the App
5.2 Our Response
- Objectionable content will be removed immediately upon verification
- Users who violate our policies will be removed from the platform
- Repeat offenders will be permanently banned
- We reserve the right to report illegal activities to law enforcement
5.3 Content Filtering
- All user photos are subject to automated and manual verification
- Photos must show the user's face clearly
- Inappropriate images are automatically rejected
- We employ AI and human moderators to ensure content quality
6. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscription pricing and terms are displayed in the App
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings
- Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies
- Prices are subject to change with notice
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content, trademarks, and logos are owned by Together or its licensors
- You retain ownership of content you post, but grant us a license to use it
- You may not use our intellectual property without written permission
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
- The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- We do not guarantee specific results from using the App
- We are not responsible for user conduct or interactions
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- You agree to meet other users in safe, public places
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal behavior
- Complaints from other users
- Any reason at our sole discretion
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion:
- Your profile and personal data will be permanently removed
- This action cannot be undone
- Active subscriptions may remain active until the end of the billing period
11. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the App or email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
