Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how Juggle Muggle players can request deletion of account data, cloud progress, and related gameplay data held by SalamanderApp.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@salamanderapp.org with the subject line Juggle Muggle data deletion. Include the following information so we can find the correct account:

• Your Juggle Muggle username, if you created one.
• Your player nickname shown in the app.
• Your country code or approximate profile details, if needed.
• Whether you want account data deleted only, support emails deleted, or all data that can reasonably be deleted.

What may be deleted

• Optional username account and authentication link data.
• Cloud backup of profile, coins, cosmetics, stats, and progression.
• Leaderboard entries connected to the account where technically possible.
• Support messages connected to your deletion request, unless retention is required.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, purchase verification, security, tax/accounting obligations, dispute handling, or store provider requirements. Purchase history may also remain with Google Play, Apple App Store, or RevenueCat according to their policies.

Timeline

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law, security review, or store provider limitations.

Local device data

Some gameplay data may be stored locally on your device. You can clear local data by uninstalling the app or clearing app storage in your device settings. Deleting local data does not automatically cancel purchases or subscriptions managed by Google Play or Apple App Store.
