Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Juggle Muggle, a mobile arcade sports game operated by SalamanderApp. By installing, accessing, or using the game, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You may use Juggle Muggle only if you can comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. The game is not directed to children under 13.

2. Accounts

Players may use the game as guests or create an optional username/password account to back up and restore progress. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account.

3. Fair play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate leaderboard results, reverse engineer the app, interfere with servers, use automation or bots, or access the game in a way that harms other players or the service. We may remove suspicious scores, restrict leaderboard access, suspend accounts, or take other action needed to protect fair play.

4. Purchases and entitlements

Juggle Muggle may offer in-app purchases such as premium cosmetics, starter rewards, or remove-ads products. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store and are subject to the store provider's payment and refund policies. RevenueCat may be used to validate and restore entitlements.

Digital items have no cash value, are licensed for use in the game, and may not be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the game.

5. Game changes

We may adjust gameplay, rewards, balance, prices, cosmetics, events, and features to improve the game, maintain fairness, comply with store rules, or address technical issues.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use offensive, misleading, or impersonating usernames.
• Do not attempt to disrupt cloud sync, purchases, or leaderboards.
• Do not upload, transmit, or introduce malicious code.
• Do not use the game for unlawful or commercial purposes.

7. Intellectual property

Juggle Muggle, its design, artwork, audio, code, trademarks, and related content are owned by SalamanderApp or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the game according to these Terms.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the game available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Cloud services, stores, networks, and device conditions may affect gameplay, purchases, sync, or leaderboards.

9. Disclaimers

The game is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalamanderApp disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalamanderApp will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the game.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the game or other players, or misuse accounts, purchases, or leaderboard systems. You may stop using the game at any time and may request account/data deletion.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, except where local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
