SalamanderApp operates the Juggle Muggle mobile game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to players. By using Juggle Muggle, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

Player profile details such as nickname, avatar choice, country, and optional username/password account credentials.
Support messages you send to us by email or through support channels.

Gameplay and app data

Scores, personal bests, leaderboard submissions, game mode results, achievements, daily streaks, unlocks, coins, XP, and customization settings.
App settings such as sound, haptics, selected ball, selected trail, and selected field theme.

Device, diagnostics, and service data

Device and app diagnostics needed to keep the app stable, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot crashes or errors.
Firebase Authentication identifiers, Firebase/Firestore data needed for account sync and leaderboards, and push notification tokens if notifications are enabled by the player.
Purchase entitlement data from RevenueCat, Google Play, and Apple App Store. We do not receive or store full credit card numbers.

2. How we use information

To provide gameplay, account sync, rewards, and leaderboards.
To restore progress when a player signs in on another device.
To process purchases and unlock paid content or entitlements.
To improve gameplay balance, reliability, and player experience.
To detect cheating, abuse, fraud, or technical issues.
To respond to support requests.

3. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell player personal information. We share information only when needed to operate Juggle Muggle, comply with law, protect players, or provide support. Service providers may include Firebase/Google Cloud, RevenueCat, Google Play, Apple App Store, analytics, diagnostics, and hosting providers.

4. Purchases

Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple App Store. RevenueCat helps us validate purchases and restore entitlements. Payment details are handled by the store provider, not by SalamanderApp.

5. Advertising

If advertising is enabled in a version of the game, ad networks may process device or advertising identifiers according to their own policies. Any paid remove-ads entitlement will be used to suppress eligible ads where supported.

6. Children

Juggle Muggle is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

7. Data retention and deletion

We keep account and gameplay data while it is needed to provide the game, support players, meet legal obligations, prevent fraud, or maintain security. Players may request deletion of account and gameplay data using the instructions on the Account and Data Deletion page.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect player data and limit access to what is necessary.

9. International processing

Services used by Juggle Muggle may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards for this processing.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
